How do I register and create an account?

Click on 'Create account' link. Fill in all the necessary personal details in the appropriate fields of the 3-step registration process, check the box ''I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions'' and click on the button on the bottom of the registration page.

How is my account verified?

To verify your account you are required to send a copy of your personal documents to support email. For more information on which documentation can be requested from you please check our Terms and Conditions page or contact our Support service.

I am not able to create an account. What is the reason?

Please make sure that you filled all the necessary fields correctly. Check if the e-mail address and password are in the correct format. In case the e-mail address is already used, you might have already an account available in the Casino. For further help please contact our Support staff through our Support page.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the link ”Forgotten password?” in the Login popup window. A window will pop-up. Write your username in the appropriate field and click on the ''SEND PASSWORD'' button. For further help please contact our Support staff through our Support page.

How do I register?

Account creation is very simple. All you need to do is click on the Register button, on the upper right corner, and fill the registration form with your personal details. You will also be asked to choose a nickname and a unique password.

How do I make a deposit?

Log in to your account and click the DEPOST button on the top of the page. The cashier section will open and you should click on the DEPOSIT tab. Choose your preferred payment option, enter your desired amount and confirm your transaction by clicking on the DEPOSIT button.

I made a deposit. Are my funds available instantly?

The funds will be available on your account instantly. Some deposit methods might require a longer processing time. Should the funds not be available on your casino balance within minutes please contact our Support Team for help.
